No, not really. I believe that it might be you that is confused.

ARC Financial is a financial and contributing partner in this deal. ARC Resources which you have mentioned is a company that ARC Financial helped birth and still retains a close involvement with ARC Resources, along with a continuing financial position in that company since it went public in 1996.

One is operational and the other is asset management, with some operational embedded.
