RE:RE:Is Something Up?
RE:RE:Is Something Up?There is always a blackout period when any company cannot comment on the deal that was just announced. It is quite possible that we are still in the blackout period and as a result the company will be unable to respond to questions from investors as a result.
Having said that it would be good form from a customer service position (investors being customers, in addition to being owners) that they should acknowledge the email by saying something like we are in a blackout period and cannot respond. Once the blackout period has passed we will update our presentation or something to that effect.
In response to the CFO leaving , it is possible, that with the change of control (or at the minimum change of MEANINGFUL control) the CFO may have been thinking of leaving and this may have given the incentive to speed things up.
As a result I do not see either thing as being a negative.

I am wondering why we are getting so little information from the company, i sent a email to the company 10 days ago with no responce.
Real hot weather, and peak power demand everywhere, and a shortage of LED light bulbs will lead to high gas usage and future power concerns.
Where is the news about the plan to bring on the other 50 million, where is a combined production number with UGR, or was their production over stated at the time of the acquisition?
I am not to happy with management and i fail to see any genius here? Do you think they could of handled this better.
I know they are going to release results so their friends at UGR have a market to sell all their shares into in August, is that what is happening?
IMHO
