I won't disagree with the stupidity of Canada. This is not the same country I grew up in. I'm running away back to Thailand in November and will be all the much happier to leave if Trudeau and the NDP form a government, which I expect they will. I can't tell if the curtailments will come to pass or not but as you mentioned re orphan wells the Albertan government has a vested interest in not seeing these companies go bankrupt, not to mention the job losses and reduced royalties, taxes etc. Kenney did put an Associate Minister in charge of Nat Gas and takes a far different view of things than our morally superior Prime Minister or the WWF, neither of which will be able to interfere in this decision. Try to relax a little on the SP. It only counts when you sell.
