Behind the scenes due diligence to secure long term LNG sales gas contracts. Increased propane prices via AltaGas exports, More Dawn hub capacity. 

None of these positive developments will enhance share share prices in this market but they are all multipliers in a better demand environment.

It is what it is and will last for as long as it lasts.
