Well......what can i say?

Well......what can i say? This was NOT to be unexpected......it was inevitable for PPony AND it explains ALL the recent trading including ALL the recent decision making coming out of PPony offices. I am happy? No, because i KNOW where this companies share price can go in about 6 to 12 months, but we small minority s/h don't have a choice here. Managment decided to sellout at these levels for a reason (whether for selfish one or not) and we have to accpet it.

On the brightside, for those who decide to hold on and transfer over to Canadian Natural, you're getting a good solid company who knows how to exploit assets like PPony's. I for one will be selling all my postion today and closing it out permanently. But for those who stay, no worries longterm for you guys, that's a gurantee from me. I assume that this "offer" or the talks had been ongoig between PPony mgmt and CNQ folks for sometime now, maybe as early as June. It's also possible, that the Kelt transaction might have even spurred or at least accelerated discussions. Like i said above, it will explain much of what has transpired since then.

Looking forward, when i sellout here today, i will be looking put my investment here into a similar company with an equal leverage to Natural gas prices. I can tell you know that this will be difficult, becuase PPony was in a class of its own and not many ep's, infact VERY FEW have what they did. But i do have my eye on one candidate 8).  For PPony shareholders looking to hold on a little longer, you may be able to squeeze out a little more than the measley offer of 69 cents if the genral markets stay stable, Ng pricing continues to hold around these levels at HH AND little institutional money starts to pour into CNQ as they will hopefully see this as a VERY accreative aquisition for CNQ. Hopefully all this will push CNQ a little higher and in turn those shares of PPony holders.

Well, folks....seems we've reached the end of the line here......at least for me. I will say it was fun, some decent contributors with minimal trolls on this board, which made it an enjoyable experience. Hopefully we will see each other or at least some of you on another stage to once again tempt fate and take our chances with lady luck.

Good luck & farewell...........
