RE:RE:RE:i'm not selling 160 million shares All the same things said with HBC deal but the bid had to be sweetened because some hedge funds got involved and built a voting block of 50% of the non interested parties. There can be big vulnerability with a big block that management, directors, the acquirer, and major shareholders that signed a shareholders agreement have. The bigger that block, the bigger the vulnerability. That block is excluded from the key shareholder approval vote. So, for example, if the bid has 50% of the shares 'tied up' to support this deal, than only the other 50% vote to approve and they need 50% plus one , or roughly only 25% of total shares to block. Easlily done by a couple hedge funds. That's exactly what happened with HBC. Which I owned.
