Companies that are posing at the 'friendly buyout' appearance often say they'll retain management, and do for a short while (often in important-sounding but harmless advisory roles) and then package them out once the smoke clears and the deal is done. 
Believe me, not a single sr. leader will be retained past a year. Its bad karma for the buyer to keep being reminded of the sods they took advantage of. 

This is a bully buyout taking over PONY at its weakest, not friendly in the least.

This is a terrible deal for shareholders and the assets remain hugely undervalued, even with the debt. It is simply worth more than this, and other market players will realize this. 

should be an interesting month ahead.
