Many companies are undervalued for various reasons. What shareholders think and calculate means nothing because ultimately the price of anything is exactly how much someone is willing to pay for it.

If you Goose15 were offered to buy shares at $4 what would you do? Jump on it thinking holy sh!t what a discount? Your point of view is that of a seller not a buyer.

That is nonsense. TOU got some of the best land we had, so you can't put the same valuation on every acre we own.
