If you Goose15 were offered to buy shares at $4 what would you do? Jump on it thinking holy sh!t what a discount? Your point of view is that of a seller not a buyer.

That is nonsense. TOU got some of the best land we had, so you can't put the same valuation on every acre we own.

I am not happy about this, but it is what it is.
