I dont believe that CNQ has right to buy more shares in the open market running up to the vote
What I do believe is that some market manipulators sold shares to get the price down and that they will use this offer to buy back their short positions and then go very long during the period before the vote.
these same entities will then vote No and will Effectively swindle the retail holders out of their birthright
Again call me Crazy but it seems to be the only plausible explanation of what is happening.
If this is not stopped now many other juniors will suffer the same fate
