Never thought a buyout possibility/scenario would be not only negative but also greatly hamper any possbile upside for the company & its s/h. So quick in my intial assement of this situation, that i had also assumed that this was an all stock offering without actually reading the news release. This would had at least tempered any loss of opportunity or momentum for PPony s/h but alas....it was not meant to be. This was one of the very FEW times in my 30+ years of investing that a buyout was not actual a "good" thing AND an ALL cash deal was very bad for s/h. Speaking of corse only buyouts I was actually a shareholder of. Though sad, i did make a decent return on this investment even though short lived. But the saddest thing out of all of this mess is for those who bought (trusted) and held (had faith) for soooo many years hoping they would get back their money......and trust me when i tell you i truly understand them and their motivations. It was almost too good to be true, a situation which was not only attainable by those investors but sound & logical reasoning. Only to be failed by imcompetent mgmt and underhanded, selfish tactics. Very unfortunate.

To my fellow ex-s/h i say this. Had this distastefull takeover not had happened, we would be easily over $1 as predicted as i said they would be by end of August. The unfortunate timing of this takeover has robbed s/h of at least $1 per share if it was done right, under the right conditions and under the right mgmt. Imo, probably a lot more. For my self and as mentioned before, i sold on DAY 1 because of the opportunity cost i knew would come. Hopefully others either did the same and recovered a little more elsewhere or hopefully a "better" offer comes for those still clinging on.

For those i wish you well and the best of luck friends.....hopefully the company's mgmt will ther error of their ways..

Good luck to alll
