RE:RE:RE:Will another bidder show up?CNRL has definitely stolen the company for $0.69, and the raising share price of CNQ days after definitely proved that. It would make sense to offer up some kind of share structure deal (with cash) as it allows investors a solid bridge over from old to new. The only trouble with dilution is it hurts the P/E ratios and EPS figures going forward, as well as slims down the option of a source of financing in the future (if needed)
PONY has production, but their value definitely lies in the land base. The land base will take some time to develop which might hurt any buyers metrics in the short term. I find it's a double edged sword when it comes to all share deals if things don't pan out as expected

A rival bidder would definitely help this whole situation
