RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Will another bidder show up?Yeah, thanks for that, ridgeback. Apparently 'who cares' is well in the lead over 'wishful thinking' with 'white knight' and 'counter offer' vying for last place.

In all honesty, I do not expect a counter offer due to Pony's contractual baggage. If there is one, it will be, like John says, when the Information Circular with the voting code comes out. Our best bet is voting this stinker down.
