A better deal would be

A better deal would befor Kelt to merge them in, refinance the debt into a nicer termed out package & would be a 50,000 boepd producer with only $300M debt, likely less debt as Kelt still have $72M in the bank after their debt & debentures are paid out.

That's a very investable entity, with excellent debt ratios, Propane, Oil, Gas & LNG export.

Then shareholders would get a beautiful run up vs. this crappy deal from CNRL who took the PONY for pennies on the dollar, literally and shareholders never can regain their money back.
