RE:RE:Management gets a $5.3 million signing bonusComplainers can byatch about management remuneration all they like but these payouts are a part of executive compensation and form part of their employment contracts.

The fact that their 'management' failures ( a strategic alliance that was very poorly executed, abuyout of UGR when they should have protected the balance sheet and buying too much 'take or pay' capacity) contributed to the necessity to give the company away has no bearing on these contracts.

In the money vested options and awards form a part of executive pay and one can blame the BoD for that.
