RE:RE:RE:RE:Management gets a $5.3 million signing bonusThat would seem very foolish to pay $20 million when they could of just politely declined CNQ's offer in the first place. Hindsight is 20/20 but it's starting to make sense that management is front and foremost the cause of this fiasco. Even if this offer gets rejected by shareholders, we will be under the BOD's control until the next AGM. To be frank, I have started to sour on the entire BOD and blame myself for having such blind faith in a company's future, lesson learned.
