No doubt this is a done deal.
Keeping your money in this name thinking that some white swan is going to swoop in is delusional.
Cash in your shares, take your wins or your losses & port into other like NG Junior names.
Kelt, Crew solid picks. NVA's debt too high & BIR has paltry insider buying = red flag.

There is little risk and solid upside....another bid could bring 2 bids . Stock still priced for that possibility.....if most people thought like you the stock should be sitting at .65/.66
