National Treasure

Painted Pony is a symbol of Canada's Can Do ability. A junior producer that has been proving up very significant resources of a much needed commodity. Supported not by foreign investors nor by national governments either Canadian or foreign. Rather mostly by a majority of individual Canadian retail investors.
 If no-one steps up to prevent this rake- over  then damn them forever.

Well good luck oldfart.  The ASC is the principal regulator and I seriously doubt protecting retail investors is near the top of their list of priorities. It's a provincial civil service and most of the affected investors are not alberta residents. At least the osc pays lip service to protecting the public. I was actually looking for people to chime in now I nor anyone else cannot carry the load on our backs. But if we can get the word out Somehow then there is hope. Somehow includes media both traditional and social plus local MP s letters to regulators and the banks etc. Etc.  There are very few readers left on this board but they seem very capable and not without influence. One more thought, Complaining to the liberals is definetly a waste of time. But the  federal Tories have been rejuvenated and this would be an excellent issue for the to glom onto.

Maxmoe is spot on about regulators. The retail sector is just a source of funds to pillage and abuse in the Canadian market. It is abundantly clear that the stock pimps, banksters and large players will steal any value with the aid of an elitist government. There may be enough shares held privately by more sophisticated players than just the retail chumps who have the stones to challenge this ...more

How so? Its the investors that run the company and that appoint management. And they still can if they care to exercise their rights
