Just got my mail today and voted no. I feel the stock could and should be sold for more.

I'll make a wild guess that had manaement had the balls to renegotiate their financing the stock would be closer to a buck regrdaless of energy pricing. They took the easy hwy and left shareholders on a dead end street.
