So the land.... Has some value but these wells they have drilled are not great as they should be. Yes they will make some money but it will be a long time before these wells have paid back the costs of driling them.
When they start exporting Nat gas in 2015 maybe then Nat gas prices will go up and they will make some money. But that is years away.
