Consulting Agreement
 
On January 1, 2013, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with G.K. Braun Limited, a company
controlled by the Company’s new President, Garth Braun. The Company has agreed to pay $5,000 plus HST per month for consulting services to be provided over the one year term of the contract.
