Share price is depressed because of one seller. This seller is dumping lately. And that ask around 400k up to 0.1 is also too big to rally from here. But i think this could be bottom for a while and that ask will be taken out i only dont know when it will happen.

so the question is, is this one seller wrong, do they have personal reasons to get out, Canaccord was one seller in the 10c range. or are they right, did well 2 fail completely after all, or perhaps they are right with their nat gas forecast. anyways nat gas tickers such as HNU, CQE and TET just keep going up, so there is hope that PEN buyers will get proven right, but we will see as usual...
