RE: A little history / barcodewhizBalain,
I completely agree that a courtcase is a shiitty way to start a relationship... but we cant change what's already happened. But Melnyk is a proven winner and he drives a hard bargain... because he can. The court case is the result of that, the way I understand it.
My point was simple.... I believe the arbitration is going to bring a decisive resolution of this issue. From what I gather, we will get a ruling from the judge within 2 weeks.
I was simply making the point that ALMOST any result will be positive for Prometic, as long as we get a definitive resolution.
Melnyk is not dumb... he knows he needs Prometic and its technology in order to succeed at building Hemosol... As soon as this arbitration is done, everyone shakes hands like businessmen and start working as a team... because everybody wins.
I think the market is underestimating this potential.... ( with good reason because we have had so many failures and false starts ) BUT... if Melnyk really has big intentions to fund and drive Hemosol agressively forward... then this has good implications for Prometic and its technology.
