RE: big pre-market reaction I concur with your thoughts Kevalam I certainly dont think its pure coincidence that the announcement of these trial expansions happened shortly after JP Morgan's investment. Apparently JP Morgan had a similar investment in Fibrogen...and according to Pierre, the primary impetus for their investment was the success in the Fibrogen deal for a comparable product. Reading between the lines, I think its safe to assume that JP Morgan is stickhandling something here... and is having a big influence on the direction of these trials. I wouldnt be surprised if they have suggested they are willing to either co-fund the expansion or trials..... or arrange an alignment with an appropriate partner. Bottom line... the company and JP Morgan want to accelerate and expand the process given the potential....that is my take... lots of good stuff going on despite the despair in the SP
