Interesting how everyone is percieving this HML news differently. I have had no contact with the company now for over a week... but..
My take on this is simply that Melnyk has waived the CONDITION with respect to PLI contained in its offer for HML. In that condition, they were trying to effectively expand their claim on PLI's technology.... which they lost in arbitration. Now they are prepared to move the process forward.
I simply see this as one less impediment to Melnyks aquisition and re-vamping of HML....which I personally see as a positive.
I would expect that Melnyk is in negotiations with PLI as to how they can work together to move the business forward. Who knows what will come of that...
and still we wait for more updates
