NO PRESS : AGAIN and AGAIN

NO PRESS : AGAIN and AGAINI am very frustrated AGAIN at the poor IR and PR of this company.... SO much SO.. that I almost didnt even bother wasting my time writing this post...WHY WOULD THEY LISTEN THIS TIME IF THEY HAVENT LISTENED THE LAST 5 TIMES ? We just announced the CE Approval of the first ever documented device capable of safely removing BSE Prions from human blood ! We are on the verge of orders from National Blood agencies... we are launching the product with a world leader in blood bag technology and distribution... A home grown Canadian company with a HUGE success story. Crappy little companies in Alberta and Texas can get Nationwide CNN and AP Press coverage for their "headline" progress on mundane prion r&d well behind where Prometic is... and what do we get..... NOTHING How on earth can that possibly happen ? I HONESTLY dont think that Pierre, the board... Nicole etc... fully appreciate the importance and leverage of press PR and notoriety. This story should be ALL OVER THE NATIONAL NEWS and in the national papers... Pierre (or someone) should be doing interviews all over the place.... We should be SPENDING time and money promoting and getting value for our news. WHAT EXACTLY HAVE WE DONE in this regard ?? because there certainly doesnt seem to be alot of public or market awareness... Certainly the company knows you have to do more than put out a CNN Mathews release and go have a coffee. What drives me nuts is this... the company always speaks about how the "industry knows" and appreciates what's going on with Prometic... and how "that's what is most important " I have argued again and again that we need PUBLIC and MARKET awareness of this story in order to truly benefit from the huge buying leverage of the public at large. Pierre speaks about his frustration with VALUATION of the COMPANY... being a BUYING OPPORTUNITY and how they are undertaking a SHAREHOLDER VALUE PLAN.... then why not do what every other public company in the world seems to do.... SELF PROMOTE... use the NEWS... ??? This is shamelessly being ignored by current management and the board and encourage you all to send them this message. It seems almost futile....given how often we have raised this exact point... maybe just maybe this time they will listen... Perhaps I should contact Third Point and get them on Pierre's back they way they are on NABI's Prez... maybe that will help him listen to his shareholders
