I think your assessment is almost exactly right. I heard that the book was 5 TIMES oversubscribed.... and there are definitely people with their pants down here..THE SCUM that shorted into the issue as they have the last four issues PLI has done.....
The difference this time around is Pierre got some major US players involved... AND a bunch of new and renewed interest from Canadian guys... so the SCUM got cut out... even a bunch of the good guys didnt get as much as they wanted.... AND now we still have a whole bunch of residual institutional demand to fuel us from here.
ALL GOOD GUYS>>> very low risk entry for at least a double near term IMHO
