RE: Judge must auction off HML

RE: Judge must auction off HML I think the smart money is betting that the judge will rule in favour our Catalyst's aquisition of HML debt from MDS. From what I can gather, a decision is expected THIS week. With Melnyk out of the picture, I think you will see things unfold quite quickly. Catalyst has a big vision for this technology ... I think you'll see a comprehensive plan and agreement announced with PLI.... hard to say what the details will look like... but its almost impossible to envision a scenario that isnt REALLY good for Prometic. If I am right, this will develop into a cornerstone of this company... and we wont look back. I think we are still substantially undervalued with all of this stuff pending... nevermind 1402 and Maco / PRDT filter launch.... FINALLY we are on the verge PS: I am glad to see a cleansing of the shareholder base. I think its a really good sign that we are holding our gains.. and there seems to be substantial buying coming from a number of firms. You can bet that any substantive deal with Catalyst will attract ALOT of new money as well
