RE: Appealing?

RE: Appealing? I disagree wholeheartedly STOOCKS. How can PLI give an indication on whether there will be an appeal or not if its exclusively Melnyk's decision ? If anything, its PWC's place to comment on that as the receiver not Prometic's. Same goes for Catalyst, what possible good could come from making a disclosure about their intentions ? They are a private company with no reporting requirements, likely in the midst of negotiation.. why let potential competitors or anyone know your intentions... MORE IMPORTANTLY, wouldnt any significant disclosure by Catalyst STRENGTHEN PLI and effectively take away some of the bargaining power that Catalyst has ? If I were them, I would be trying to buy PLI stock, or at least get a pc of it somehow in the transaction... After all, PLI is the single biggest beneficiary of a refinanced Hemosol. The problem is, we have all been so patient and been burned... Its hard to truly think this might be real... but I am pretty sure it is. This is NOT the time to fold the tent IMHO.....things just need to play out. One more thing... you need only look at the institutional interest in the last financing AND in the secondary market, to see that the forward thinking professionals are already paying for the more secure future of this company.
