I agree with Carbon, that this probably shouldnt have been a news release... but who really cares ? I dont read anything at all into the legal dept changes....
Funny enough, I have a considerably simpler read on this whole thing. The share price has recovered nicely in the past week, seemingly anticipating and speculating on one or more significant developments.
IMO..... This news is the company basically saying.... LOOK... we are making positive internal changes ahead of news and developments so that we are prepared... but the message between the lines is....... The news isnt ready... but.... hang in there... its coming....
