Blood Mag etc

Blood Mag etc
From what I understand,   the discussion of the 1402 results is going to be in the DECEMBER issue of Blood Magazine  which comes out in the second or third week of NOVEMBER ,  followed by the presentation by PLI at the ASH conference in the second week of December.   Although I must admit that I dont really know the extent of what's going to be in Blood... I think it will be enough to have market impact... or why would you bother publishing anything ?

Someone was raising concerns because there is no listing in the upcoming issue of BLOOD..   but I believe the Index on the Blood website is for the November ISSUE.   Its understandable that everyone is nervous and questioning,  but this just shows how one piece of bad information can lead to spreading uncertainty.

As far as the overall trading of the stock,  I continue to think we are following a very healthy pattern.  When you look at the substantial weakness in the broader markets,  and the fact that we have largely held our substantial gains,  I really dont see how anyone can complain.    We have traded up or largely sideways on quite substantial volume,  and have only traded down on relatively small volume... all healthy... and we have done it all without any of the actual news we're expecting.  Seems to me there is a "quiet" bid here,  which suggests there is considerable buying interest.   Hard to know exactly why the buying has shown up now,  probably a mix of being substantially oversold with ITG's relentless selling....and obviously the financing related overhang.

While there has surely still  been some consistent sellers,  I have been impressed by the breadth of the buying at these higher levels.  I think we are finally starting to see the long awaited re-valuation of this company,  and we are setting up nicely for another move higher on any kind of good news.

I must admit that I dont have high expectations,  nor do I put alot of weight on upcoming Q3 results.  To me,  Q4 is much more important.    The things that are going to move this stock meaningfully over the next coming months,  are all things that are still on the come within the next 3-6 months... in the form of the long awaited 1402 JV / licensing,  filter orders,  MABS deals or further development of the fractionation business.

A whole bunch of us have been in this story long enough to be wary and questioning,  particularly after a large gain like we have just seen.  Alot of people are probably naturally edgy and wondering if they should lock in a quick profit and look for a re-entry point.   I will stick my neck out again and re-iterate that I see signs of things being different this time around.    I have not sold anything,  and dont plan to.  I think we are going substantially higher short term.
