RE: Insider Buyingyou probably are correct... although, now that the webcast meeting has taken place, Laurin has brought investor's up to date on all fronts, developments etc. and he has stated there are suitors who want to partner with 1402. It's not a matter of IF anymore but with who and when. No one can now accuse Laurin of insider buying as he has told investors what he knows and he himself is buying based on that. In fact Laurin has been very fair because investors as of yesterday & today can get the shares cheaper than what he paid for them. One small note... HML (Catalyst) got the court to give them a further extension to Feb 15. I pointed this out awhile ago. It is the first time they have asked for an extension to the middle of the month and not the end of the month?? Probably means nothing but...?
