RE: PLI NR on MIllipore
Honestly, PL frustrates the hel out of me on this kinda thing. No matter what, "its always something". There is no easy deal, no easy announcement. Everything this company does seems to be difficult, despite clearly having groundbreaking technology that the major industry players want....and actually closing solid deals with good NPV's
Allegedly Millipore didnt want to PR this release, because they are "vulnerable" to finalizing part II of the agreement. Oddly, this is such a relatively big deal to PLI...its material, so they need to file with Sedar....
You wouldnt want the market or industry to actually know of the success, we just want to keep this whole thing a big secret, so we can continue to be manipulated.
Like Sniper and Stoocks have been saying for two years, the market isnt going to really believe, until the cash is in the bank. Too much lost credibility, too much investor and street fatigue.
Think about that, PLI just signs a deal with the 2nd largest worldwide player in BioSeparation. An deal to exclusively license their novel new technology to be sold to big pharma around the world. PLI gets guaranteed minimum / commission / royalties.... that likely could be a FRACTION of the actual business they do with Millipore, and somehow PLI has positioned it JUST RIGHT... so nobody's going to care.
At some point, all of these improved fundamentals and underlying value simply has to get recognized, I am just not sure what its going to take. Probably taking the cash burn / cash required aspect out of the picture....either in the form of one or more big JV's... or another significant financing. Hopefully the former
