Funny enough,  I totally agree with you Cap... and its something thats been bugging me a little too.

As I posted,  the information I had directly from the company is that the $19mm is guaranteed minimum in exchange for the exclusive rights.    I have to admit,  having read on further about  Part 2 of the agreement,  it would be easy to conclude that the  "guarantee" is contingent on the second part of the agreement being signed..... which is also when the exclusive rights would transfer.... which also suggests it isnt formally guaranteed NOW...   

Honestly,  I think a little more clarity was warranted,  even though it might not ultimately matter.   I will work on some further info.

But if you make an educated guess.... it also might be partially  why Millipore themselves didnt PR this...

Regardless,   nice price action today,  looks like the hedge fund liquidation is over,  and there is some underlying demand for the first time in a while.   This news clearly got a few peoples attention.  I think we are going to settle back into the mid 50's
