RE: CEO on BNN

RE: CEO on BNN
As someone else said,  unfortunatley,  we really have to see the deal to believe it from these guys.  The string of disappointments and overselling of pending deals is beyond comical.    We really need  to see the deal formalized,  look thru the details and magnitude of the deal,  and most importantly,  assess the quality and industry position of the partner.

IF its a strong partner,  and if they have existing infrastructure to forward the process and technology,  and IF they have an existing client base. to plug the products into...  then this could be exactly what the doctor ordered for PLI.   BUT>>> THAT IS ALOT OF IF's

I do however always feel better about a partner that is willing to take a stake,  share the risk,  and believe in the upside.   If it turns out to be a really solid partner,  then there's no question this will help Prometic.    I really like hearing the fact that they want to take a seat on the board,   god knows this board has been beyond pathetic in terms of representing the interests of shareholders and getting culpability from management....perhaps a new solid professional can get things on track.

To your point Kev,  I suppose the more big JV's the company does,  especially with cross ownership,  the less likely someone can just walk in and takeover the whole company.    At this point though...  I think a bunch of us would probably walk on a decent premium just because this has been so unbelievably painful.G9V5H
