Sr Soon new structure

Sr Soon new structure

For those who remember a comment I've made a year ago or so, I've said that before seeing a deal with Dr Soon, first we would need to see a structure to deal with, as CCE is a fund, not a biotech.

I just look at the Dr Soon "new toy", and it could be around this structure:

NantWorks LLC
Since 2007, Dr. Soon-Shiong has funded over 35 companies spanning healthcare, education, science, and technology. The technologies span the entire continuum of advanced communications including semiconductor chips, switches and encryption software, augmented reality, novel object and voice recognition platforms, broadband telecommunications services and ultra-low power devices. In September 2011, Dr. Soon-Shiong announced the formation of NantWorks LLC, a company which converges all these technologies with a mission to transform the way we work, play and live.

Also, they bought in January a production facilities and the NR about it say that it should be used to produce critical care injectable and oncological drugs.

For now this is a privately held company, but if they ever made an IPO and become public, it should worth to try the investment, knowing the pasr success of Dr Soon..

No wonder why it's taking so long to make a deal, the good doctor is a busy man, but have certainly a vision!
