Most public co's shut down insider activity at the quarter end or in Pli's case , September 30 assuming there is no impending 'material" news. No trading then until Q3 is released or in Pli's case mid November again assuming no impending " material" news. I am sure IR could tell you the "official " date. In any case, think the 40 cent options that were about to expire are largely if not all exercised.
