RE:RE:Insider's buyingBefore thinking that insiders can buy, they must have a window for it. If there's sgnificant negociation on the way that are known by the management, but not the market, the legal concil might accept that kind of transaction. I'm only speculating, but I have been told in the past that it's not that easy for insiders to buy.
