It's just that Biotech Seasonality doesn't start until last week in June..
PLI should be at $1.60 now...$2.50 now, or real soon...and I'm fully expecting an intraday candle spike toping $3 by Sept....
This way it could retrace back down to $1.60 level before end of the year run, and surpass the $3 mark by Feb with a new all...time...high...
