Thanks for enquiring and answer from Fred. I was wondering same thing and decided if they got the news out now, they (company employees and contacts) could accumulate more shares etc. without breaching insider knowledge rule?? This is just a rationalization on my part... Re. Fred's answer: yesterday on the US OTC exchange over 25,000 PLI shares were traded...that is above the daily average of approx. 20,000 shares traded and often no shares trade on a daily basis on this US exchange.
