RE:Will they re-affirm guidance Friday?Dibah, Iwas at first expecting a second Q like the first one, and strong Q3 and Q4. First, I was expecting about $ 5.5M in Q2. But, after they took control of Nantpro and Nantpro will be considered as a subsdiary, not a limited partnership (accounting principles), they can't anymore declare the services fees as they used to do from Nantpro. The result in my book is they will declare revenues of about $ 4M to $ 4.5M (as I estimate revenues from Nantpro around $ 1M - $1.5M per Q). So in term of revenues, I expected a weaker Q, but a stronger balance sheet with Nantpro as a subsidiary. Overall, I still think they can reach the target for the year, as any deal for a protein should come with higher upfront payment, as the proteins are more Advanced and closer to the market. Just my 2 cents.....
