Why would the stock be tanking today?

Why would the stock be tanking today?There was good news this am ie. selling the over allotment of shares at $2.60.  I would have thought that would have provided a floor for PLI.  Don't get me wrong, I am long and strong PLI but just having bought some more shares in the $2.54 range, I just wasn't expecting the stock to sag this way.  I guess PLI has to come out with some strong Revenue generating news.
