People are forgetting a detail:
Yes, at one point he did sell his position (all or most of it) because as he explained - it was going to be a temporary quiet period for PLI with no anticipated NR - not because he did not believe in PLI for the long term - he just wanted to take advantage of a 'quiet' phase & put $$ elsewhere - & when the SP jumped up during this phase (before it indeed did drop) he admitted he was wrong on the SP.
So he is honest & BIG PLI believer for the long-term - he even convinced relatives & friends to buy PLI shares this past year (believe it or not)
