Looks like you are too much impressed with just $60 mn of cash which is going to be used by next year. For bigger pharma cos $60 mn is nothing. Why they will pay $9.50/share ? For what? I understand they have strong pipeline & results are encouraging but this point of time it is not approved by FDA in full. If they will be successful & production starts & revenue starts coming in than someone will go for takeover and not at this point of time. Let's not misguide people.
