RE:RE:RE:Letter I sent to the TXSI agree shorting is legal and there is nothing wrong with it used legally and correctly. Buying multiple groups of 100 shares makes me think something stinks. If you want 10,000 shorts why not do it in one transaction? I think I know why they don't. Not sure there is a difference between running a share price up, or driving it down? I'm guessing any short covering from good news may be muted as I think a lot of these guys already have access to shares to cover. They have it figured out....we just have to wait until whatever they are after arrives.
