RE:RE:RE:Video update of the recent news on PBI4050One wonders whether this news satisfies one of the remaining conditions in a regional partnership deal. This approval was outside of PLI's control. So weaving PL's  comment from late 2016 " we are past pregnant" or something to that effect, into this news could perhaps mean a deal can now be signed and that some $$$$ are imminent.
