All good thoughts from you as usual. There are other sources of cash for sure but there is no precedent yet and one assumes they are not immiment. I was simply trying to get CPA Trader up the curve at a high level.
The amount of the SA financing strikes me as more of a bridge or top up to get PLI to some point. Many unknowns as you point out and PL has inferred PLI needs a min of $25-50 million as a base.
PLI also has invested in inventory related to the Plasminogen launch through Q3/16 which forms part of the $25 million burn and one assumes they continue to do so in order that upon approval, PLI is ready to sell the product.
