Real individuals whose lives have changed from Plasminogen

Real individuals whose lives have changed from Plasminogen Numerous lives have changes already from what PLI offers with Plasminogen - here are two examples from today's postings in the Plasminogen Deficiency group

It's only a matter of time before it's approved - the science has shown 100% success rate so far - there is no disputing that

Person 1:

I went to my eye doctor on Friday and was telling him about the new treatment and how hopeful I was it will be approved. He was very encouraged and also my eyelids and the lesions are flattening out. I haven't increased my plasminogen eye drop usage since I seen him 6 months ago so I am not sure what caused the change but I am thankful he seen improvement. I am not in the research study.

Does anyone else also have gum involvement or did you before starting the IV infusions?

Person 2:

Yes, both of my girls has small lesions on their gums. My youngest was only a part of the trial for the first two phases and her symptoms have always been very minimal and the lesions resolved and have yet to return and she hasn't been infused in over a year now.
Andrea also hasn't had lesions return on her gums since they resolved shortly after only a couple of infusions. However she is on a schedule of every 4 days currently.
It's very exciting to know that approval is just around the corner. It's good to hear that your lesions are improving though too!
