RE:RE:RE:RE:FDA plant inspection??Wittman, I agree with your statement 'there are no deadlines when it comes to the FDA'. Further, as PLI has stated, they are in communication with the FDA regarding the BLA submission. In fact, they could be in the midst of a plant inspection as we speak BUT PLI (Laurin, Fred etc.) would be stupid to comment on the process at this stage. The FDA is calling the shots for the time being. Frankly, it was easy for the shorts to predict not much would happen with PLI and the FDA during the summer months given their backlog and very pressing issues such as Opiods. However, the summer is coming to an end. With every passing day I do believe the FDA is working through their backlog and our time will come. It is getting more dangerous for the shorts....Cantor Fitzgerad bought the last financing. Why? They are a very smart group of people. I would rather positive news be released in September when all the big players are back from vacation. GLTA
