RE:RE:RE:RE:Just a thought....When the report got posted and i noticed it was 38 pages, meaning quite detailed, I went to the last page right away as i didnt think no one would go through this level of work without getting paid...lol
i like the fact that they are American, clearly the way forward as out candian counterparts dont seem to have neither the financial resources or the "know to" to get us moving ahead.
with CC Abbott posting twice in the past few weeks on Seeking Alpha (positive reviews), Prometic getting pediatric designation with the FDA, paying an American firm to do research for them and clearly showing that they are preparing a funding of some sort in the next 3 months, and just releasing that they will be participating in two investor conferences in the next few weeks (we are still feeling the effects of the previous conference held in the states last Novemeber where they showed their colours with regards to the need for further financing...), management looks very confident as to what they are hoping to accomplish by presenting at those two conferences... Really? Trying to pitch the company and telling everyone once again that you are in need of cash???
I mean, they must obviously be taking a different approach this time around???
i personnaly do not think that 4050 is nearing a deal at this time, i think the chances for a voucher are pretty good at this point (however "when" is anyones guess, and monetizing it may take a while as well), FDA approval for plasminogen also just a question of time in my opinion, but all these thhings are unknowns. For that reason, i've always believed pli would have to do an equity financing once again, and although there are talks of many other options, PLI has never gone towards a different option. I think issuance of stock is easiest, and if available, they will go that way. So this report clearly indicates that they are pitching the company and looking for a possible interested party(ies). I believe they will find them. I also believe that we are much closer to fda approval than the company leads us to believe...
i aslo think that this is a huge push from the company, probably compbines with more short term annouce,ents in september and october that will hopefully prop up the sp considerably before this financing is struck. I am hoping that pli is saying you can lock up a financing for our stock right now for $3/share, or pay much more in a few months after we annouce a few devellopments. One can always dream that the future is better th the present. $1.43 is hugely undervalued in my books, but what do i know, I am biased.
all i am hoping for right now is that whatever pli is doing, is a direct consequence of learning from their past mistakes and failing considerably. The last pitch to american analysts turns sour right fast, actually, during their speech, and that this time around, they are able to show that whatever investment is made at this time is the smartest investment they can make in the hostory of their firms.
with everything that is going right now, as i can clearly see the push, they know what they are doing this time around.
