That kinda discreet buying is undoubtedly institutional activity. It just doesnt make sense to be short this stock any longer
, the easy money on that trade has been made. I assume the Anonymous/Jitney/Merril on balance buying activity is further short covering
When you layer in the fairly meaningful insider buying, and the short time frame to meaningful positive catalysts, the setup is truly explosive here.
